I wish I could give Studio 12 more than 5 stars. Every year when I come to OBX, I spend lots of time here working on various projects. The studio is bright, airy, and family-friendly. There's a wide selection of projects to choose from and staff (including Dawn, the owner) help to give advice and tips. They will even give a 1:1 class on certain projects. I cannot recommend it enough.

Visiting the Avon NC area, my sister and I did a watercolor class. The owner , Dawn, is so knowledgeable! I have not previously had success with watercolor medium, but my piece turned out great under her tutelage! Such a nice time! Pleasant studio with essential oils / aromatherapy (No chemical fragrance), natural lighting, and a great instructor! We will be back anytime we are in the area. Thanks so much, Dawn!

My boyfriend surprised me with a clay date here at Studio 12! It was super fun, we both hadn't thrown on the wheel in years, so the class was a good refresher and now we both have a bowl to remember our amazing trip by!
